Monday brings that feeling of dread for many of us and if you have anxiety, panic, breathlessness, sweats and fear – it can feel life threatening.
So to help out those of you who are struggling with motivation this Monday, here are 3 tips
B – #breathe take deep, belly breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. 5 counts in, 7 counts out
G – #ground have something that makes you feel #safe and #play or #feel it so you know you are safe
T – #think when you’re feeling #calmer after #breathing and #grounding this is your time to gather your #thoughts and think rationally
