A client had her final maintenance session today, she has worked hard at implementing the tools we have explored and taking action towards change. The process isn’t always easy, when you’re ready to learn and make changes it is so very worthwhile.
She embraced the coaching, the sessions, the homework and the support, when it got hard, instead of giving up, she worked harder.
Whereas she used words like struggle, confused, anxiety, control to describe her life when she first came to see me. She is leaving using words released, peaceful, calm empowered, knowledgable and self informed. She feels she is coping better, and can’t fully put into words the changes she has felt and continue to go through.
She is excited about the future, where previously she couldn’t see her future.
